Welcome to Mail Merge. These terms of service govern your access and use of our Google Sheets Mail Merge extension (the "Extension"). By installing, copying, or using the Extension, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
The Extension is built to run directly inside your Google Sheets environment using Google Apps Script. To use the Extension, you must have a valid Google Account, access to Google Sheets, and a Gmail mailbox.
Your email outreach is governed by Google’s daily sending quotas. The Extension does not bypass or lift these limitations. By using the Extension, you acknowledge that your account is subject to:
Google reserves the right to adjust sending quotas at any time, and reaching your limit may cause the mail merge script to pause or exit with a quota limit error.
You are solely responsible for all content, links, and documents sent through the Extension. You represent and warrant that your campaign outreach complies with all applicable local and international laws, including but not limited to:
You agree not to use the Extension to distribute unsolicited commercial emails ("Spam"), phishing links, malware, or content that violates Google’s Terms of Service.
The Extension is provided on an "as-available" and "as-is" basis, without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future updates to Google’s Apps Script engine, Gmail API, or Sheets UI.
Under no circumstances shall the developer or agenceit.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Extension. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, email delivery failures, data loss, or the suspension/termination of your Google account by Google for spam-like behavior.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Extension following changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
